Seonjiguk or SeonJi Haejangguk (Blood Hangover Soup). Restaurants and others often refer to it as a seonjiguk. Animal blood, usually cow’s, is turned into jelly and is the “seonji” of the dish. It is great for curing hangovers after a long night of drinking soju and other Korean alcohol!
